Hi everyone, i am in need of some help,
I have a motorola v551 and i am trying to set up gprs on it manually, i know normally i go to webaccess menu then websession then create a new profile and input the respective settings but i can't even get there. On my V551 when i click on the webaccess menu i only get two things to select from;browser settings(with clear history etc) and launch browser
There are no other options to choose from, no websessions option nothing, is it that the gprs feature is locked to one specific thing (if that is possible) or something else, is there a way to unlock it or get the websessions option?
A million thanks in advance for anyhelp.

Princemac...sorry for not getting to your question sooner and welcome to CFP.
have you checked to see if you can get to your web sessions from the settings menu?

Re: moto v551 help
no problem, where you see browser setting, press the button above the middle joystick looks like = this , if you dont see , then most like flex file must be corrupt. or I need to know the firmware you have in your phone.
you can find firmare , first turn off the phone then
hold * + # and power button until you see information of your phone.
what carrier is your phone from?
let us know we can help you.
