My fiance bought an unlocked silver one off of ebay. Worked find on the cellone network here in Alaska until a few weeks ago. I know hers is a European version, but she has had no trouble making or receiving calls, but now when she hits the camera or video button the phone locks up and the battery has to be taken out to reset it. Sometimes it says device busy but mostly locks up. Is there anything we can do to fix this? Also, i have an unlocked american version but we cannot connect the phones via bluetooth, but mine works fine with my bluetooth headset. Thanks,

    Dave

Sounds like you have a defective phone.

Still sounds like a defective phone, even though some applications may work, certain parts of your phone's software may not be working properly.

When you say it locks up, do you mean it freezes or locks as in the need to enter your security code?

A device that freezes up is usually bad firmware, your phone sounds like it's defective, you can try having a cellphone shop flash the phone with a new software to see if that fixes your device or contact the E-Bay seller.

Another option though not likeky is to erased all photos and videos, you may have a corrupted file....might work.
