I have been using Moto ROKR E1 for quite sometime now but it starts behaving wierdly. Not always but sometimes i cannot recieve a call, i keep on clicking the yes button. To recieve the call again, i have to switch off my mobile and then switch on, then it works again. This problem also happens while recieving second call on call awaiting.
Does anyone has an idea why it happens..its just so annoying..

Re: Moto ROKR E1 issue!!
wirelessfan you are correct, master reset will only make the phone to default settings ringtone wallpaper, network etc
master clear will erase everything, password is all zeroes for master reset and master clear.
thanks

Re: Moto ROKR E1 issue!!
Hello. I have a motorola Rokr E1 and I can no longer text message, add phone numbers to my phone book or even change my alarm clock settings. Anything that involves me entering text into a given field freezes my phone.
It all started while I was in the middle of typing a text message. My phone froze in the middle of it and shut off. I reset the phone and now everytime I get to an area wherein text input is required and the cursor is flashing, I press a button and it freezes. I have to take the battery out to get it to shut off. I have not dropped the phone and I have done the master reset, which did nothing.
The phone works otherwise which makes me think this is some sort of software error and not physical damage and it is physically undamaged.
Any suggestions?
