Just an inquiry... I ebayed a krzr ki "unlocked" gsm phone. i currently use alltel as my service carrier. From the moment i turn the phone it says insert sim.. one problem exists here. a phone set up to be unlocked. can't work with alltel ( unless someone can tell me how to change software) because alltel does not use SIM cards. Please help me Thanks | ||||||

You bought a GSM version of the KRZR, Altell is a CDMA carrier, they are not compatable and will not work for your current service provider.
