KRZR Music Help

I bought a KRZR K1m at US Cellular the other day. I am having difficulty getting music on it. I have a microSD card. I tried using windows media to sync it to the card but whenever I go back to my phone there is no music. I also have itunes on a different computer (Mac). Can someone give me a step-by-step process of how to get music onto my phone using a microSD? I don't know much about these things, Sorry.

I use a USB Multi Reader made my Inland Inland to put MP3's on micro. I use Windows Explorer to transfer files to micro. When you put micro in your phone for the first time it should have created the following directory structure on micro:

my_music
my_flix
my_pix
my_sounds

Put mp3's in my_music directory and then put micro back in cell phone.
