How do I put my own ringtones on a Z3 RIZR?

I used a website to create my own ringtone, and would like to now put it on my Z3 RIZR, but haven't found a suitable means to do so yet.

Any suggestions? Thanks

if you can download them use ur USB or if you know someone w/a phone that has a Infrared port n bluetooth make them download it and bluetooth it to you

Right, I have the USB connector. So how do I use the computer connection to install a new ringtone?

I wouldn't use the Melody Studio feature of MPT to transfer the ring tone, unless you want the tone degarded to 46 bit quality.

If your ring tone is musical, such as part of a song, in MP3 quality, use the File Transfer Studio to move it you your phone - not Melody Studio. File Transfer Studio leaves the file intact, at whatever bit rate it was originally.
