KRZR Sound Problem

I got a brand new KRZR yesterday and am already having a problem with the sound. When I adjust the master volume and hit the left button to play the ringtone or go into My Ringtones and hit Play the ringtone will not play but all I hear is a noise from the speaker sounding like it tried to play and failed.

It worked after I just left it alone for 2 hours, but still I think this problem is something I shouldn't ignore.

Please any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks.

hahaha.... I am not laughing at you, but with you... I had the same issue and went into the Verizon store to find out what was going on with it.... Apparently, when you go to play the ringtones like that, they are controlled by a seperate volume. When you hit play, then turn up the volume and you should then hear the ringtone. I felt like a fool when the tech told me what I was doing wrong!!!! Good Luck and this should work, if not, consult your provider.
