    Need a lot more information before anyone can answer your question. First, what Motorola phone are you talking about? Second, what service provider are you with?

    You would have to first be able to view the filesystem of your phone by getting a cord (or use bluetooth) and then from there you will have to make your own skin (there are quite a few websites out there for this) and then you can upload the new files.
