My wife bought a Krzr K1 phone, received today. Bought it on eBay, unlocked. She uses Cingular. Charged and swapped in her SIM card. She says is having these problems:

- She is able to make calls, but the roaming icon is constantly on (orange triangle ) even though she is calling from our house;

- She tried to download a ringtone and send a picture; both times she got an error saying "no gprs network available"

- the EDGE icon is constantly on. I told her to try and see if she can toggle it back from EDGE to GPRS. She says she looked in the manual and it does not advise how (or if) this can be done.

Does anyone know if this is an easy fix?
