caller id help v190

Hi
I've entered contacts in my phonebook, but when I get an incoming call from one of my contacts, it just displays unknown caller. Have I forgotten to do something?

I do have the area codes in for all my contacts because we have to use them when we dial all local calls here. My previous Nokia phone (I just switched over last week) also had the same problem.

My phone is not unlocked, Rogers is the service provider and the contacts are saved to the phone. Thanks for helping me out with this!

I wouldn't have thought it was a service provider problem, but contacted Rogers and they didn't have all the features activated. Now it's working. Thanks so much for the help!!!!
