You either have to get it from Cingular, or use unlocking software to get it. It's different for every phone. We don't provide support for people who need unlocking, it's something you have to do at your own risk. If you input the wrong code too many times you'll lock the SIM and it will be useless.

All you can do now is call your provider. If you put in the wrong code too many times they'll have to send you a new SIM card because the old one will be useless.

If the SIM is locked, it's no good anymore. You'll have to throw it away and call Cingular for a new one. That's what happens when people go putting codes into their phones and don't know what they're doing.
