slider tones z3

i've seen alot of people having success with the sliding tone, but i have no. could anybody guide me step by step in how to change my slider tone on my z3 to something i want?

already on the phone or need to put on the phone?
Have you tried the instruction maunal for the phone???

something i want to put on the phone. and no the phone dont tell me how to put the slider tone on the phone it just tells me how to turn it off and on.

no saying i wanna know how to install it on my phone plus i'm having connection problem trying to figure out do someone have the z3 driver for windows xp home
