Rizr z3 water damage

Hi my name is Paul and im new here, four days ago i accidentally put my Rizr in a washing machine and washed it , when i took the pats out i found it sitting in my pocket.I took out the battery and wiped it with a paper towel. I then put it in some rice overnight. The next day i turned it on and it worked fine but there was some fog underneath the screen. I put it out in the sunlight and the fog went away.

The phone works fine now but I have to press really hard on the down and end key to use them. Is there any way to fix this?
