Deleting useless starter data on KRZR

Is there any way to delete the stupid/useless data on your cell phone. The pictures, tones, and what not I mean. Basically the things in the Multimedia bracket.

To name a few: Platinum tone, Onyx tone, Mix tone, Kick tone, Hyperlink tone, Dusk tone, Adrenaline tone, Moto tone, Waves tone, Sonic tone, etc, etc

and

Hellomoto video

and

Sleek pic, Sky High pic, Silk pic, Network pic, Natural pic, Mobility pic, Immaterial pic, etc, etc.

If any techies know how it would be much appreciated.

I did check out this thread (http://cellphoneforums.net/motorola/...ider-name.html) but I'm am not a 100% that they are talking about all the same stuff I am.
