Motorola V3C Computer Synce Problem

hey

Ok, so the problem starts with me losing the CD that came with my phone. so now i cant get my phone to sync. I got Motorola phone tools thinking this would help me but it wont connect either so i downloaded a driver that charges my phone thinking somehow this would help the computer recognize my phone but that did not help either. Any suggests, also my phone is through sasktel if that helps
