Phone with no sim

I have a v3c from a provider in canada called sasktel, and this provider does not use sim cards , i need to know if there is a way to use this phone with any other providers because sasktel is the pits and i like my phone
does any one have any info?

Another CDMA carrier you can try is Telus but you would have to flash the phone with their software for it to work properly.
