I bought my husband a KRZR back in March of this year and he had an mp3 file for his txt and voicemail notification which worked fine... a few weeks ago, it stopped notifying him of when he received a voicemail and for the life of us, we can't figure out what's wrong. The mp3 sound still works when he receives txt messages though. Any words of advice?
