i just got a rokr e6 and i dont know which network to use for the internet, also how do u set up hotmail?

You are going to need to talk to your service provider for the internet. I would also say your going to have to talk to them about whether or not that phone can even access pop3 mail accounts, and if it does, if there's going to be a fee to access them.
