I have been having trouble retrieving all of my SMS messages in Mobile Phone Tools. I have a Moto e815 phone and connect via bluetooth to my PC. My inbox is imported perfectly in to Mobile Phone Tools, but my outbox does not come over as easily. I can't find a rhyme or reason to it, but some of my sent messages will not import to my PC and some will. The ones that work or imported in to my "Finished Transmissions" folder in MPT and that is perfect for me, but there are 118 messages in my outbox that will not sync. Does anyone know why this might be happening? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I want to save my messages, and my SMS memory on my phone is almost full of sent items.
