hi im having trouble with my phone its a motorola L7 slvr and the problem is when someone calls or text it doesnt play the ringtone i set it to and no the phone isnt on silent it started whenever i held down the #1 button on the keypad and when i held it down it was calling my voicemail and then it said "the subscriber that you have called is not receiving any calls at this time" and now theres these 3 little blue boxes on the top left near the service bars. so whenever someone calls me or texts me it gives them that message saying "the subscriber that you have called is not receiving any calls at this time" can someone please help me i would appreciate it alot
