    I have a US Cellular Razr v3m, i would like it to work with alltel

    how would i go about unlocking it or whatever, im kinda new about this

    please help me it would be greatly appreciated.

    Even if you were to unlock it, you would have to flash it with Alltel's software, something they will not do.

    Unlike GSM phones which after unlocking will work with different GSM carriers, CDMA phones need to be flashed which is why most don't even bother going this route.
