motorola razor v3 reprogramming

hey people im a new guy. I need help!!
I own a motorola razor v3 form cingular. Before only the inner LCD screen did not work, other than that it worked normally. I browsed the internet and found out that a flash would fix the problem. I was tring to flash the phone. Something went wrong during the flashing and now the phone dont work. It turn on but there is no image or any activity, it only lights up. so if any one can help me please!!!

what version of SW do you have ?
and what boot loader
you can try if your phone is a R374 V3 to fix it with MSW Motorola Software Update and if you have a boot 8.26 or lower just run P2K Tools v3.7 and you can unlclocked your phone
