I see other people have the same question, but I've yet to find the answer searching this site.

I have an unlocked RAZR V3 and need to set it up to access the web and get ringtones. Suncom are no help since it's not their phone.

I found the browser setup on the phone, but it asks for IP addresses and stuff.

How do I set it up?
