help with "My Sounds" and "Ring Tones" (mobile17.com)

I used the website mobile17.com, it's basically a website that will send you a picture message but instead of a picture it sends you whatever mp3 you upload. I"ve done this before with my old phone and it worked just fine, but with my new razr, I'm able to get the sound into "My Sounds" (i can see it by going to 'tools' and then look in my 'phone memory' How can I get that sound to be a ringtone, it' doesn't show up in my list of possible ringtones

I also took a look at mobile17, and when I went to create a ringtone, I was told I’d have to wait 4 hours unless I made a donation

One thing you might want to check. On my Razr2, if the downloaded music is on the memory card, you can't make it a ringtone. It has to be on the phone itself. You can move it from memory card to phone.
