You're gonna need some hardware to accomplish this. Two items.
1. SanDisk microSD to SD Adapter... also known as SanDisk microSD/Transflash Adapter. (Check for item at Best Buy, WalMart, Ritz Camera or Wolf Camera or on-line.)
2. USB Card Reader that will accommodate a standard SD memory card. (About $30 at Best Buy; cheaper at Big Lots; also try WalMart or Walgreens.)
====
First, transfer images from phone's built-in memory to phone's microdisk memory card.
Here's how:
1. From Main Menu, scroll to Media Gallery (#5... on my phone). Hit SELECT.
2. From Media Gallery, scroll to Pictures (#2). Hit SELECT.
Images will appear.
Each individual image -- one at a time -- now needs to be transferred.
3. Hit Tool Bar (center button that looks like a bolt or screw).
4. Scroll to Switch Storage Device. Hit SELECT.
Two icons will appear. 1) Phone -- and -- 2) TRANS - T - FLASH
5. Scroll to TRANS - T - FLASH. Hit SELECT.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each image.
All images are now on the micro disk.
====
Turn off power to phone.
Remove micro disk. To do so, lift rubber cover on top of phone. With finger nail, gently press DOWN on the top of the micro disk. It should pop UP.
Remove micro disk from phone.
Carefully place micro disk into SanDisk microSD to SD Adapter... also known as SanDisk microSD/Transflash Adapter.
Place the SD Adapter into the Card Reader.
Connect the Card Reader to a PC or Mac.
(On the computer desk top, it may appear as an external drive or file. )
Click within this file are jpg icons, which are the photos.
Drag them to the desk top.
They can now be processed using your computer's software; printed; burned to CD, etc.
When you're finished, return micro disk to E-815. Gently press it back into slot.
Hope this helps! |
