I have the razor (the silver one) and it has been working fine for the past 2 years. But now when i receive a voice message i cant delete it or access the menu by pressing the appropriate key. Like i can hear the message and it would say something like "press 7 to delete message" i would press 7 and nothing happens, it just keeps repeating the options untill i hang up. (i have pressed the buttons many times but nothing happens in voice mail) I have no idea what the problem is, i mean all my number keys work perfectly, i can press every key and it would show up on the screen. I dont have any errors with t-mobile, i have unlimited texting and i pay my bill every month. so if any1 can help me, i would appreciate it. Thanks. | ||||||
