I am new to these forums. I downloaded Motorola Phone Tools 4 and tried to connect my V195S to download the numbers and other things saved on it, to upload them onto another, new, V195S that I got from T-Mobile for $40. It will not work! It says it can detect my phone, but does not recognize what one it is. Anyone have any ideas why? I looked up information on it, and it says that it was compatible with this phone. Maybe I downloaded a bad version of it or something? I really don't want to have to pay for the program just for this simple task.

Also, I want to unlock my V195S to work with an IraqNA SIM card that I have. I am going to be shipping out to Iraq for a second time in a few months, and want to use this phone.
