I have the KRZR K1m for Verizon. I open V Cast Manager and connect my phone to my PC. (I know for sure I have the right cable) I press sync music on phone but all i get is "Connect Failure. Please check your cable connection to the PC." Anyone know or have the same problem? I even try WMP but i doesn't work. Please help. Thnxz Edit: Even Motorola Phone Tools con't "find" my phone.
