My wife's K1M died (was actually killed by our 1yr old), so I got her a replacement from e-bay. I didn't pay attention to the fact that it was an "unlocked" version and I think that is probably part of the problem , but here goes. The new one is activated, worked OK (or so I thought) until she tried to takea picture and it keeps bombing out with "memory full". The memory isn't full (far from it). Same thing happens when she tries to send a text msg.
So what do you think? Someone mentioned at work that i should try to "update" the phone, and that their should be an option to do it in the menu some place, but if it's there, it's hiding or not titled in such a manner that a nitwit like me would figure it out.
I posted this over on the Verizon tab as well, but just incase it's a Moto problem rather than a carier issue, I'm sticking it here too.
Thanks for the help folks, have a good one.
