Can anyone tell me how to load songs onto my Motorola KRZR?
I just got a Motorola KRZR K1 from T-Mobile and am having difficulty loading songs onto it. When I plug it into the USB and select the removable disk (G drive), a window pops up and I am able to drag-and-drop media into that window, which is all the manual says needs to be done to load songs. The pictures show up in my phone, but the music does not. I tried at first with iTunes files, but I read that it's not M4P compatible so then I tried several times with Windows Media (MP3) files. I downloaded a driver from the Motorola website but it doesn't seem to be helping. I also tried plugging the USB cable into ports on both the front and back of my CPU. Whenever I plug my phone into the USB, the files show in removable disk on my PC as if they ARE on my memory card, but are nowhere to be found in the phone. I am running Windows Vista. T-Mobile was of no help; whatever help anyone can offer is appreciated.
