I looked up on the internet and found that some unlocked phone resellers can configure their phones (gsm phones) to be able to browse the internet before selling them to buyers.
This is their ad:"Internet Configuration settings enable your phone for browsing the internet provided by Cingular/At&T or T-mobile including features such as downloading Ringtones/Pictures ".
How could they do it? they even don't know if the buyers may have internet service with their plan? they don't have buyers' sim cards, how they can configure the phone?
Can someone show me how we can configure the Moto Rirz Z3 to do as they said?
