I am not computer savvy, nor am I mobile phone savvy, plus I am really old
I would like to get rid of my landline and connect to the internet by using my mobile phone.

Perhaps I should start at the beginning. I only want to go on line once a month to pay my bill's. I have a Motorola version 3 and would like to connect it to my PC and use a dial up connection to pay my bills.

I have absolutely no idea if this can be done and if so, what I need or how to go about it. I live on a fixed income and need to get rid of any unnecessary expenses.
