SLVR L7 and blutooth

I have a blue tooth dongle with my L7 Slvr phone but i cant seems to transfer pics from phone to computer?

same way for music from computer to phone.

is it supported? do i need to upgrade software, can some one provide link

also, i had a verizon as provider
