Motorola Phone Tools V235 problem

Hi All,
I have a Motorola V235 phoneand have Motorola Phone Tools Version 4.51.
On connecting the phone the picture files appear in the "Phone" window,I thendrag them across to my C: drive, after a short time and no transfers made I get a message that the phone has terminated the connection followed by "Process failed".
I have removed and reinstalled Mot Phon Tools to no avail.
I also have a problem with connecting to the aotu date function.
Can anyone help please

Problem was Time and Date not correctly set up, working OK now
