Has anyone motorola c381p firmware?

Hi. My phone started behaving strangely when I woke up in the morning(cannot reach phonebook or messages, or make calls.) and I want to flash it. I found the necessary sofware but couldn't find the right firmware (it starts with R366_G). Motorola's Software Update program doesn't recognize the phone so it's not an option for me. Could someone help me find the flash/flex or monster pack for my phone motorola c381p or back up his firmware and upload if possible? Thank you all in advance.

1. you cant "rip" the firmware
2. have you tried a master clear/ master reset?

Thanks for the reply. About ripping it; I guess "motorola tools flash&backup" does this. Correct me if I'm wrong. Yes I did try master clear and master reset. I guess my phone model is not a common one so I couldn't find a flash file for it. I wish I had another model

i think that the flash and backup program is only intended to backup service programming, not the whole firmware. If that was the case, we would have leaked firmwares for every phone on the market already (i would imagine).

So I don't have any chance? Well my phone's 2nd hand price is around 40$ and the authorized service demands the same for just flashing it. Maybe it's time to buy a new one
