SLVR L7 ring volume set to 7 but can bearly hear it

The volume for the ringtone wether it be from the ones that came with the phone or a ringtone I downloaded to the phone are set to 7 volume but You can bearly hear it. I've tried a master reset of the phone but have the same problem.

I think your loudspeaker/ringing speaker is busted. Get it replaced. worst case scenario, it might be your circuit board that's going haywire, but more than likely, it's just the loud/ringing speaker

Tle SLVR is known for a verly low sounding speaker, hence why i got rid of mine when it was first released.

the ones on the phone will not ring as low as he is saying. I think his problem is a busted Loudspeaker. Simple repair problem it is Jomary get your loudspeaker/ringer replaced and let us know the outcome
