Need Ringer ID to Play instead of Talking Caller ID - Moto v9

My Motorola v9 has a feature of "Talking Caller ID's" that works great. If the caller is in you address book it speaks the caller's name. If not it speaks the callers phone number.

This all works properly, but I want to go one step further, and link my own ringtones [mp3 sound files] to some of the people in my address book and I want my designated ringtone to play. Instead, even though I've indicated my own ringtone in a caller's Ringer ID field this custom ringtone does not end up playing, instead the caller's name is spoken.

As a side note, the caller's picture does display.

Why can't I get a caller's Ringer ID to play?

In other words, if I have designated a Ringer ID for a caller in my address book I want that Ringer ID to play instead of getting the phone-generated speech of the caller's name.

Any ideas greatly appreciated.
