motorola krzr k1m

i recently purchase a motorola krzr k1m at telus, now whne im sending text message it give me an error window but in fact it work. Th probleme is: my batteries is getting very low cause the phone try to send the message back and again and again so in 12 hours my batterie get dead!

do any 1 know how to fix this instead of calling to telus service customer and losse 20-30 min ??

there is also another probleme... when i am trying to take my vocal message on my phone, im enterring my code and i hear a voice telling me : are you still there? ( sr im french i dont know if its that in english!)

How long have you had that phone? If I were you, I would take it back and get another brand of phone. I had that phone with Verizon and it was garbage. In 20 months I went through 5 batteries and 2 of those phones. All my problems started at about 3 months into it. Too many problems to name. The tech at the Verizon store told me they discontinued that phone because of all the problems. I really like the phone I have now.
