Re: new Phone
Did you order the phone over the Internet? If so, check to see who the carrier will be (FedEx? UPS? DSL?). You might be able to get a tracking number. Regarding ringtones, you should be able to add your own if you have a USB cable and the necessary software: for a Motorola cellphone, use Motorola Software Update and P2kCommander (both can be downloaded for free).

Re: new Phone
With a USB data cable, Motorola Software Update (MSU), and P2kCommander (P2K), you should be able to access the file system on your phone, and copy files (e.g., ringtones, pictures) to it. If you don't already have a USB data cable for your Motorola Hint, here is a good place to purchase one:

Re: new Phone
First, plug your phone into the PC using the USB cable. Next, launch MSU and wait for it to recognize your phone. Then download P2kCommander (P2K) here: Index of /commander (try version 5.0.8), unzip it, and launch it. With P2K you will be able to access your phone's file system, starting with its root directory (/a), and copy files (e.g., MP3s for ringtones) to the appropriate folders.

Re: new Phone
When P2kCommander launches, you will see two identical columns, each showing your PC's file system (kinda like a Windows Explorer) and each with a drop-down selector at the top of the column. Using the drop-down on either side (I use the left-hand column), select your root directory on the phone ( /a ), and then double-click it. This will expand it, showing you more folders in your phone's file system. You will need to find out which folder holds your ringtones, which holds your graphics files for wallpaper, etc.
You will find some very helpful information about P2K here:

Re: new Phone
If the phone is being delivered by normal UPS or FedEx ground, you can expect at least three to five business days. Both UPS and FedEx should be able to provide you with a tracking number so that you can track the progress of its delivery thru the carrier's website. On what date did you order your phone?
