Boost i776 ringtones help

Hi all, I have a i776 and I'm trying to figure out how to upload ringtones to my phone. I have the data cable and iden webjal. I tried webjal and it says, "The application is unable to retrieve required information from the server" each time I start the app. I've even went to howards and followed the direction on his forum. I know this isnt rocket science but its starting to get frustrating. Any help would be appreciated.

The same thing happened to me...have you tried restarting you computer? Thats what did it for me... I hope this helps!
