Hi, I have a IC902 Sprint/Nextel phone that was my fathers and he gave to my son to use the camera, mp3 player etc. with no phone capabilaities. It has a sim card in it, and I did a master reset, its wants to register the phone, but fails since the sim that was in it was deactiviated. Is there a way to make the phone work without the sim card or to keep it in and just use the phone for what it is minus the calling? I know it can be done, not sure how though, any ideas?
