    Another question for her phone--I can't find a 'Delete All' feature to clear out all the recent calls, missed calls, etc. It seems I would have to clear them one at a time and there's over 100 in there!! Help please!

    Plus--where are the sound settings! That phone dings, chimes, beeps with every move you make on it!

    Yes. I downloaded the manual last week and have read it thoroughly before I posted. I could not find a way to delete ALL calls (recent, missed, etc.).

    You cant do it:

    Your phone keeps lists of the numbers from calls you
    recently received, dialed, and missed, even if the calls did
    not connect. The lists are sorted from newest to oldest
    entries. The oldest entries are deleted as new ones are
    added.
