Motorola Krzr Virgin Mobile

Im with Virgin mobile( I live in canada ) (no sim card) (MOTOROLA KRZR) and I absolutley hate my phone! well not hate but Im sooo boerd with it. I was wondering, Im planning on getting a sidekick and was wondering wether I can move my phone number and information with virgin onto my sidekick by getting it unlocked? or is it just so I can use it in canada. Virgin mobile does not have sim cards so I was wondering If I could do this. If not ill just get prepaid on my sidekick until my contract of 2 years is over on my virgin mobile phone
Or if anyone can hack my virgin mobile phone and somehow able to put my contract plan on to my sidekick?
PLEASE I REALLY NEED HELP AND REALLY WANT TO KNOW IF I CAN DO THIS!!
