My red MotorolaW315 just froze up and went black. I took battery out and that didnt work. It is charged. It froze in the middle of reading text and possibly receiving a voice msg. First it froze on the text screen then when I closed it it went black. Please help! This is my only phone and I am home alone with a special needs child, we have to have this phone!

With the battery removed, try plugging it in the wall and see what happens.
Otherwise, go out and buy a new phone. Special needs should have a land line.
