Cell phone spying

Im in desperate need of someones help! My ex boyfriend has been spying on my cell phone, hes tapped my phone and can see my location, listen to my phone calls, read my text messages and a whole bunch of other stuff and wont stop harrassing me! I've bought new cell phones, even switched phone companys and phone number and he still manages to spy on my phone!!! I found out that he was spying by one of his friends, they told me hes using this website - removed - if that helps at all - i hope someone can help me stop this harrassment so i can move on with my life!
