Motorola introduced a new phone at the MWC 2010 and it was the only new phone that was introduced by Motorola. The Motorola Quench, or Motorola Cliq XT as it will be called in the US via T-Mobile, was introduced at the MWC 2010 as an Android 1.5 smartphone that comes equipped with MotoBlur.
This handset will make Motorola's eighth Android phone that has been unveiled. Features of the Motorola Quench / Cliq XT are: 3.1 HVGA touchscreen display with pinch and zoom capabilities, a front navigation touchpad, HSDPA, Wi-Fi, A-GPS, E-compass, virtual QWERTY keyboard, Bluetooth 2.0, 3.5mm headset jack, WebKit browser, Adobe Flash Lite, MicroSD card support, and a 5.0 megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash. The phone measures 116.7 x 59.4 x 12.3 mm and has a 1420 mAh battery with up to 6.5 hours of talk time.
The Motorola Quench will be available the first Quarter of 2010 in Europe and in the US, via T-Mobile in March. Price of the Quench/Cliq XT has not been mentioned. T
