    I have a huge problem....i dropped my phone on hard floor and now it will only turn on if it's on the charger! It turns off instantly if it's unplugged. Also, if i remove the battery but leave charger hooked up, it says unable to charge! What can i do?

    What phone do you have?

    It sounds like the connection from the battery to the phone is loose - make sure the battery is in all the way and the prongs that connect from battery to phone are clean and lining up correctly.
