News: Android 2.1upgrade timeline for Motorola

Motorola has decided to give us a timeline for Android 2.1 upgrades for its Android smartphones. Verizon's Droid and Milestone are already in the process of getting the Android 2.1 upgrade and according to the timeline table above, it looks as if the Cliq and Cliq XT will be next...as soon as June.

Beginning in Quarter 3, AT&T's Motorola BackFlip and Asia-Pacific's Motorola Dext will be the next in line to get the Android 2.1 upgrade. It's still not determined when the Motorola Devour or the Dext, which are for Europe and Latin America will get their upgrades as they are still being evaluated.
