Motorola backflip: How to unlock? ( make it work with telcel [mexican phone company])

So Im planning on buying a motorola backflip from a site called amaz... (don't know if I should write the site's official name). It comes without service (don't know if that really stands for unlocked) for $328 bucks or so. I want to be able to use it with telcel's network. How can I do this without having to pay for someone to unlock it. Please guide me step through step.
