Motorola Rival Ringtones on sd card

So i downloaded ringtones from my computer onto a microsd card. the fone recognizes the card being inserted and when i put the card into my computer i can see that the files are there. but the fone will not allow me to see them. what kind of file should the be downloaded as and what should i do to get them onto the fone.

Did you put the .mp3 into your ringtone folder on your sd card? Is the mp3 specifically a ringtone? If not there are programs out there that can converti it and if it is, you should be able just to copy it into the ringtone folder.
